ECHF

Image 3ECHF & EMINENT CHARITY are the acronyms for Eminent Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; it is a registered non-governmental, non-religious, non- political and non-profit oriented organization, established in the year 12th February 1999, Got Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria and approval granted on the 20th of July 2005 committed to the holistic development of mankind by means of leadership development, charitable activities and various humanitarian tasks. Its main purpose is to encourage improvement in the quality of life of the people.

ECHF works directly with communities, non-governmental organizations and at times governments to access people’s needs and to develop the most appropriate and effective ways to support them in overcoming their social and health needs. Our work is concentrated on the most vulnerable group of the Nigerian Society, that is; women, children, youth and people with disabilities. We make use of advocacy, sensitization, service delivery and awareness campaign to achieve our objectives.

We educate and enlighten people on the danger of STIs/STDs, HIV/AIDS, Drugs addiction, Abortion & Violence, Train young people as peer educators, Care and support services are also provided periodically for people living with HIV/AIDS, (PLWHA) etc..
