Awareness Creation/Advocacy: ECHF advocate to gatekeepers about issues that affect the lives of their people proffer solutions to them. They include religious leaders, traditional Rulers, community leaders, policy makers and governments. We created awareness on the negative effects of stigmatization and economic disadvantage on single parents and their children. We have also influenced policy makers on the need for enactment and enforcement of law that will safeguard the rights of young girls as mitigation against growing incidents of rape and other social vices that lead to single parenting among female teenagers in Osun State, Nigeria.
