Alhamdulillah! The Eminent Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation (ECHF) is pleased to announce the successful completion of a humanitarian mini-project designed to provide care and support to 10 orphans and children in need, made possible through the generous support of Mr. Arje of GrowestAfrica.
The initiative commenced with a donation of €100 (equivalent to ₦150,000) from Mr. Arje, demonstrating his compassion and commitment to improving the welfare of vulnerable children. To ensure the successful implementation of the intervention, ECHF supplemented this donation with an additional ₦97,000 from its own resources.
This brought the total funds committed to the intervention to ₦247,000, which was used to provide care and assistance to the 10 beneficiary children. The project was successfully completed on 27 October 2026.
Although modest in scale, this intervention represents a meaningful expression of solidarity with children who deserve love, care, dignity, and opportunities for a better future. It also demonstrates that when individuals and organisations work together, even a small humanitarian grant can make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable people.
ECHF sincerely appreciates Mr. Arje and GrowestAfrica for their generosity and trust. We also recognise the importance of ECHF's counterpart contribution, which reflects the Foundation's commitment to ensuring that available resources are maximised for the benefit of those most in need.
This successful intervention reinforces ECHF's longstanding commitment to humanitarian service, particularly in supporting orphans, vulnerable children, disadvantaged families, and underserved communities.
We hope this initiative will inspire more individuals, organisations, and development partners to support similar interventions. Every contribution, regardless of size, can help restore hope, protect dignity, and improve the well-being of children in need.
